The Siancio Singers was formed in September 2014 by Fiona Hedger-Gourlay.

A new choir for people who love to sing, regardless of previous choral experience.

​

"Siancio" is the italian musical term meaning passionate/enthusiastic, and this, along with the ability to sing in tune and attend regular rehearsals, is all that is required to join this fun and friendly choir.

There were no auditions and reading music is not a requirement, as audio tracks were provided as a learning tool.

Over the 8 years the Siancio Singers performed in various venues in and around Haddington, and we are very grateful to the Holy Trinity Church for providing us with a warm and welcoming space to rehearse in each week.
